We have 4 bedrooms and a den with a futon bed that sleeps 12-16 comfortably. There are 3 ½ bathrooms and a full basement with a pool table and room to blow up an air mattress or 2 if you so choose. There is a library area upstairs where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee while doing a little reading.

There are plenty of small Lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is right around the corner within a mile with public access and is an "all sports lake".
