This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.

The property offers a spectacular 180 degrees sea view. The sunsets are also amazing, so get the cameras ready. The house is near the main town of the island, Ioulida, which has restaurants, cafes, some bars and boutiques. The house has a nice garden with a pool, shaded dining area and a barbecue. Inside the house there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
