I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι μαγευτική και βρίσκεται μόλις 2.0 χλμ από το κέντρο, περίπου 1 χλμ από την περιμετρική και 700 μ. από το νοσοκομείο Άγιος Ανδρέας. Α totally independent part of my apartment with his own entrance, is a beautiful, friendly place. The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.

Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο. Το σπίτι προσφέρεται για ήσυχες και ευχάριστες διακοπές. -Το αεροδρομιο του αραξου βρισκεται 30 λεπτα απο το χωρο διαμονης.
