The best location, period. This very quiet and private one bedroom apartment has a paved & shaded parking . To ensure a long night rest there are black out rolls on windows. Private courtyard with Gas grill & side burner. 1 block from Publix supermarket. Walk to FSW State College. Walk to Barbara B Mann theater or Suncoast Arena. 10 miles to Fort Myers Beach. 17 miles to Sanibel Island beaches. 8 miles to Downtown Fort Myers and just 15 miles to the SWF International Airport. 2 parking spaces .

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom just 2 miles from the island! Very centrally located being 17 miles from the airport and walking distance to Walmart and many other stores/restaurants on the water. Bunche Beach is also about 3 miles away. Four person golf cart available or for additional fee. Pool, pickleball, cornhole, shuffleboard, horseshoes and basketball courts included in the park. Miniature golf connected to the park. There are 3 heated community pools open year round. Laundry available in park.

The Cabana with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig and toaster is completely private and was built in 1925 and recently updated is tucked away in a lovely established and historic neighborhood very close (walking distance) to The Edison Ford Winter Estates. Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Take it easy at this Island, PRIVATE, waterfront getaway! Enjoy a large PRIVATE electric heated pool, located directly on canal. Completely private entrance. Please be aware that Pine Island is a somewhat remote island without many commercial businesses and no public beaches but there’s more than plenty to do! 5 restaurants within 1 mile by car and many more within 8 miles. Located on a quiet residential street, directly on the water. Car is a must!
