Leather power reclining loveseat with powered head rest that also has usb ports on the side. Very close to bus route, and the Washington State Fair.

Whether you’re here for boating, swimming, fishing, or just soaking up the sun and relaxing, our retreat is the perfect home base for your summer at the lake. Homeowner lives on site. Cottage is located behind main house. Entrance located on the side of the garage. One parking spot is available, let us know if you need an additional spot.

Low bank waterfront with sandy beach, A NON Smoking, Private basement Suite with, private entrance, dock, firepit, barbecue, the waterfront is shard on occasion. Bring your boat, sand toys, fishing poles and smores and rock painting. Use our canoe, swim or play in the sand. Lots of room for fun. Property is a 3 story home, the listing is for the private basement Suite with access to the Lake, temperate dock use for smaller boats, Older kayaks are available if staying close to our dock.

Views! Lake House Suite on beautiful Lake Tapps. Relax on the patio take in the beauty of this park like setting, the lake, bald eagles, hot air balloons & boaters on the lake. The suite is below the main residence and has its own private entry & self check in. The lake suite will sleep up to 4 guests. Suite Includes 1 bedroom, living room with a queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, patio w/gas grill. Wander down to the lake for a dip or sit back and enjoy the sunset!

Cannonball Lake House

Here is a retreat in the woods directly on a small lake! Come relax in this calm, stylish apartment on the entire first floor of a family home. Grab a canoe and go fishing, or take a swim right off the dock then head to the hot tub. Peep our plentiful resident PNW birds and wildlife including bald eagles, ospreys and herons. The house is on a steep hill; it's a ~2 minute walk on a dirt path from the parking area at street level to the guest suite's private entrance below.

Lakefront Cottage w/ Hot Sauna and Large Backyard

Enjoy a nice getaway in this charming cottage at Lake Tapps while taking in the view from Mount Rainier. Enjoy the benefits of a lake front house and relax by the water or go paddleboarding or kayaking all day and then relax on your own private sandy beach in the evening or a nice hot steam sauna. This home is also only an hour away from Crystal Mountain, making it an ideal home base for your skiing trip! After a day in the slopes, come back and enjoy the hot sauna.

Cozy Barn Loft

Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

Studio apartment near town

This comfortable studio apartment unit is conveniently located minutes from downtown Enumclaw on a safe and quiet residential street. Apartment is attached to main home but has a private entrance and is completely separate from the home. It features a small kitchenette (no stove or oven) and bathroom with stand up shower. Wi-Fi is available. No laundry available. Parking is available in the driveway.
