This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Tyrolean mountain hut - pure idyll

Our hut was completely renovated in 2020 and furnished with loving details inside and out. It is in a quiet location at 1,300 m altitude and is surrounded by nature. Here you can listen to the sound of the stream and relax from everyday life. The cozy atmosphere of the hut made of local wood will inspire you. The living room consists of a wooden table with a corner seat, a Swedish stove for cozy warmth and a well-equipped kitchen. Electricity is generated by solar cells.

In the midst of the beautiful mountains of Tyrol, this beautiful vacation home is located in an idyllic and quiet area. In addition to the fantastic view of the mountains, you will find many hiking trails, ski slopes and much more in the immediate vicinity. 5 minutes by car to Seefeld, where you will find all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. After just a 20-minute drive, you will reach our federal capital Innsbruck.

The house can accommodate a large family (also with a dog), has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly furnished and barrier-free, even with a stair lift. In 15 minutes you can reach Innsbruck city center by car or bus and in a few minutes the Patscherkofel ski resort.
