Om Swastyastu, Selamat Datang! Welcome! We are living in Penestanan Kelod, a quiet village near Ubud. Here, you won't hear the heavy traffic of the city. Instead, you're surrounded by rice fields, small shops, restaurants, villas and very friendly people. The villa is perfectly located on a little lane near our house where you'll have your own intimacy without feeling too isolated. You'll have a private pool, a kitchen with a big dining table and 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and A/C.

Its location in the east of Bandung at an altitude of 900 m above sea level, quiet, cool, separated from other buildings. Villa by the rice fields, gardens, orchards and fish ponds (1.7 ha) equipped with walkways, gazebos, campfire area, BBQ. The villa is located about 70-metres from the parking lot ( still inside our property) and passes the stairs as many as 120 steps so it is not suitable for people suffering from knee pain or elderly with limitations
