A large fully functional kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath. Access to grounds and a stones throw from Woodchester mansion national trust land, lakes and walks.

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two at mezzanine level (+ has a travel cot), an open plan kitchen and cosy living area + bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Enjoy our lovely ground floor studio-style room with plenty of space & a little private patio. Kitchenette, shower room with large, powerful shower, comfy bed, Wi-Fi & quirky vintage decor. Easy access via private entrance & parking. We provide a breakfast pack - milk, bread, juice, butter, jam, tea & ground coffee in the 1940’s cabinet stocked with kettle, microwave, fridge & toaster. Great for exploring the area by foot, cycle or car. Lots of local info from friendly hosts if needed.

Frogmarsh Annexe

A very modern and comfortable annexe, set in the historic village of Woodchester, just outside the capital of the Cotswolds. Frogmarsh Annexe is a self contained annexe which has a generous size bedroom with double bed with storage, a hanging rail. A lounge area with small sofa and wall mounted tv, Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, Tea, coffee,sugar, butter, jams and milk. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Off road parking. Own access to annexe.

Greencourt Loft is a self contained, comfortable and luxurious coach house room situated in the beautiful and quiet village of Middleyard, on the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment in-between Stroud and Stonehouse. Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

Cosy Cotswold cottage - The Old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a cosy one-bedroom cottage in Nailsworth. Located a 10-minute walk from the town centre, it has lovely valley views and is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. There are many walking opportunities locally and Nailsworth offers several fantastic restaurants. The cottage includes a fully-equipped bathroom and kitchen, a comfortable living area with smart TV, and a cosy double bedroom. It also benefits from a private patio and free off-street parking for one car.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

A cute, cosy cottage centrally located in the pretty Cotswold town of Nailsworth, known for its array of boutique shops and restaurants. Yet just three minutes walk away we have beautiful walks through fields and woodlands and over streams!

Apple Tree Cottage is an airy, yet cosy 1 bed studio cottage. Great base for exploring Cotswolds. Many local hiking opportunities. Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy double bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

We are within easy walking distance of the vibrant town of Nailsworth, as well as Amberley and Minchinhampton Common, with short drives to Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tetbury, Bath, Badminton and Gatcombe.
