This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. The Hochötz ski arena can be reached from us in 6 minutes by car. Kühtai, Sölden or Obergurgl are also nearby.

Der kostenlose Skibus bringt sie in alle Top-Skigebiete vom Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl und das Familienskigebiet Hochoetz.) Die Einstiegsstelle für die Langlauf Loipe sowie Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar.
