Wonderfully situated chalet in the Alps

This is our family's vacation house that we, after a break of almost 5 years, in some periods of the year gladly offer for others to enjoy again. It is perfect for those who look for a ''home away from home'' an independent accommodation that is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. The house is located in the wonderful village of Fendels (1400 m above sea level) which has a skiing and sleighing paradise in the winter and an excellent walking destination in the summer and autumn!

The "Apart Bergzeit" is only 2 minutes away from the famous "Benni - Raich Bridge." The heart of the accommodation is the cozy living room with the tiled stove, which can also be used. The apartment is very spacious, located on the ground floor, and is equipped with everything. We are very centrally located, amidst several ski areas. Also very beautiful in summer for hiking, you can expect an idyllic mountain backdrop with many culinary huts. Pure relaxation.

Our luxurious Landhaus Anna is located on a small hill above Oetz amidst meadows and forests with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Ötztal valley. In addition, we rent apartments and another chalet on request. We offer our own swimming pond, children's playground and are the starting point for wonderful hikes. The Hochötz ski resort is just 6 minutes away by car and other ski resorts are nearby, as well as a free ski bus.

The chalet includes a fully equipped kitchen and a large, bright living room. There is one bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. You will have the entire house to yourselves; no other guests will be staying there. We - our family - live next door.
