At the entrance to the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (approx. 12 or 3 minutes on foot) and by car (parking by the house). Innsbruck and all the leisure activities in this region are very well connected. The farm shop and bakery are around the corner A 5-minute walk to BILLA, the post office, the pharmacy and the butcher in the village.

The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

A big plus is the excellent location. Both the bus stop, Pitz Park and the local supplier are within a 2-minute walking distance.
