Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my taste (1st floor apartment) Nestled a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style and convenience. Please note, there is a beam in the bedroom at a height of 1.70 m

Sauvignon Blanc

Le logement se situe à la campagne à l'entrée du bourg de Sauvigny-Les-Bois. Nous sommes à 5 min du château de Prye, 10 minutes de Nevers(8km) et 15 minutes du circuit F1 de Nevers/Magny-Cours. La maison de 35m2 est indépendante, elle se situe à côté de notre maison SUR LE MEME TERRAIN. Vous disposez d'une terrasse devant le logement donnant sur l'extérieur commun. Nous laissons un accès à notre jardin ( commun donc partagé avec nous) et à la piscine (en été; hors sol non chauffée)

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

A stone's throw from the start of the Loire by bike, 10 minutes from Nevers and 20 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit. Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.

In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
