Come Here - a cozy cottage in the woods

Somewhere on the border of Mazovia and Kurpie, in a pine grove, we have prepared two cozy cottages for you in the middle of an open space surrounded by forest. Inside you will find everything you need to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the Lazy cottage you will find 4 sleeping places, a sofa for reading books in front of the fireplace, a kitchenette and an equipped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, and on the mezzanine there is a second bed and a reading corner with a view of the horizon.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Lake hideaway

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a unique place by the lakes. Comfortable houses for holidays, but also for a weekend at any time of the year, are waiting for you. Peace and comfort can be found with us by a family with children or a group of friends. We created the settlement out of love for the region. Right on the shore of the lake, from the windows and terraces you can admire and commune with wild and clean nature. In our settlement, you will find relaxation zones, fire pits, and a year-round garden hot tub (extra charge).

The apartment is so close to Lake Drwęckie that you can practically touch the water surface. Admiring the sunset with a glass of wine, it is difficult to be objective, so we declare that you will not find anything better in this part of the world :-) Because life and vacation are too short to spend them in any interior...

The entire house is exclusively for you, with 2 apartments, each 60 m2, far from other and urbanized towns, by a stream overlooking nature, sauna and Russian bath without limit. Lake Dąbrowa Wielka is 2 km away, the sandy beach in Leszcz with a pier is 4 km away. 20 km to the Dylewskie Hills, 4 km from Grunwald, 35 km to Ostróda and 40 km to Iława. The sea and Jantar are 1.5 hours away by car. In Dąbrówno you will find shops with local delicacies. There is a Dino supermarket in Dąbrówno.

Equipped with board games, TV with Netflix and high-speed internet. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and the entire area is carefully developed. On a large plot there is a swimming pool, a volleyball court, a goal for playing ball, darts. Perfect for family trips. Right on the bike path, near the beach.

The Wyraj Forest House is located in the Natura 2000 area, surrounded by fields and forests. The lack of direct neighborhood guarantees peace and privacy, it will work both as a place where we will reset in peace and quiet or organize a special event in comfortable conditions. Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.

We invite you to our charming cottages in Villa Mycyna, located in the heart of nature. Each cottage offers 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a modern bathroom and a terrace overlooking the garden. Available to guests: garden jacuzzi, barbecue, bicycles and a games room. The perfect place to relax for families, couples and groups of friends looking for peace and comfort close to the lake and forest.
