The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome low-maintenance pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. You can use the hot tub and sauna at our place - these are options for an additional fee. The cottage is intimate and cozy, you will find a lot of blankets and pillows, the comfort of sleeping will be provided by Royal Bedding mattresses of the hotel standard AA+. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Take a walk in the woods, swim in the clean Marksoby lake, or just do nothing. Time flows differently here:) The lake is 300 m away. Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – perfect for families and people seeking peace and quiet close to nature. Guests have access to a private Jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a grill, a playground, a games room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball), and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until July 17, 2026!
