Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

A quiet location In the village of Illogan and a short walk to the local pub and shop. A dedicated parking space is available on the property A 10 min drive to stunning Cornish beaches and the coastal path 10 min to Portreath Harbour and beach is the starting point for the the`Atlantic highway` leading to the golden mile of beaches at Godrevey and Gwithian. The coastal path offers walks and stunning view points along the way. Falmouth, Penzance and Newquay are easy drives from the cottage.

Portreath is a village on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is three miles NWof Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. Dogs allowed on beach most of year but between 1st July and 30th August can only go on there b4 10am and after 6pm. This is NOT a disability friendly accommodation

Enjoy a stay in one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall. This quaint 2 bedroom apartment is located in Illogan, a central place perfect for exploring, and close enough to the beach to walk there. There are shops and a pub close by and the beach is a 30 minute walk through beautiful woodland, or 15 minutes on the bus, which stops right outside the house, meaning you can enjoy a Cornish pint on the beach in the sunshine without worrying about driving. This is a non-smoking apartment

“The Dog House” Cosy space near beach & woods.

Self contained apartment which is located on our family farm. Superb location being less than 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach at Portreath. (Shown in last 3 photos) Close to Tehidy country park where you can enjoy lovely woodland walks. Equipped with King Size bed, and Smart TV, full WiFi. Storage on site to store bikes, surfboards etc if required and large driveway. We will be close by if you need any help, or ideas during your stay
