Welcome to Rio! My apartment is on the 15th floor of a well-kept building with 24-hour concierge service. As the apartment is on the 15th floor, there is only little street noise. From the two terraces you have an unobstructed, wonderful view of the sea and the district. Here you can enjoy privacy, because no neighbor can see the two terraces of my apartment from above (the surrounding houses are all lower).
