Vila Piá is in a condominium on the edge of the São Francisco River, it is composed of two floors. On the ground floor, it has an integrated living room and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a cozy leisure area, with a barbecue, a table with 8 seats, a swing and a shower. On the first floor, it contains two suites, one master, with a closet and balcony. The condominium contains a gourmet area, infinity pool with views of Rio, sauna, access for jetski and small boat, and a parking lot.

The condominium offers gourmet area, infinity pool, sauna, access to jetski and small boat, in addition to parking. Note: The renter must bring his own bed and bath linen.
