Thanks to its view and direct access to the sea, the house is the perfect place for a relaxing and quiet stay with friends and family. Several shops are open year-round: convenience store, fishmonger, as well as bars and restaurants. The main nautical center of the area is just a 5-minute walk away. Completely renovated, the house was designed in a vacation spirit thanks to its large terrace with barbecue and summer kitchen. The thoughtful decor creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful atypical studio completely renovated located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a historic building in Place du Martray (Heart of the City) in a quiet area 100 m from the marina close to shops, art galleries, restaurants, creperies, train station (exceptional location). 25 m2 studio comprising: 1 bathroom – separate toilet – kitchenette equipped for breakfast and snacks (microwave – kettle – toaster – mini fridge). Coffee and tea available.

The house consists of a large living room of 50m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 terraces, a jaccuzzi. No pets are allowed.

Captain's House & Pavilion above the waves

The Captain's House (60 m2) and its pavilion (40 m2) directly overlook the waves of the Trieux River, the ebb and flow of the tides, from the first hours of blue lights, to sunset in the colors of our pink granite coasts. Located minutes from Paimpol, famous small fishing port, steps from the discreet clear sand beach. Direct access to GR34, close to the Île de Bréhat, Château de la Roche Jagu, Sillon de Talbert, Golf de Boisgelin.

House with a view and 700 m from the beach

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

Apartment – sea view

Nice apartment located in Port-Clos of the island of Bréhat, in a traditional house with sea view, 800 m from the village and 600 m from the beach. Composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room/living room (TV) and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds (80x190) that can be combined into a double bed, bedroom 2 : 2 single beds (70x190) that can also be combined. Bedding is provided.
