You want to take a holiday in a wild and quiet setting. Discover Batz Island, opposite Roscoff. You will spend a stay in a house located in Goalès, in an agricultural district where you can see the activity of the islanders on the Island of Batz, near the equestrian farm. You won't be far from the sandy beaches and shops, which are 500 metres away. House Including: Kitchen : Hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, sink, coffee maker, kettle and toaster Possibility of having 1 high chair for children Living room: 1 sofa bed, TV, 2 sofas and 1 fireplace 2 bedrooms : 3 beds 140, 1 bed 90. Possibility to put umbrella bed for children. Bathroom : 1 bathtub, 1 sink with furniture and 2 toilets. Garden: Garden furniture, barbecue, umbrella and sunbathing, swing and slide. Free WIFI access The island is 3.5 km long and 1.5 km wide, and has a small community of 500 inhabitants : fishermen, goemoniers, farmers, shopkeepers, restaurateurs. It looks like a big garden. It reigns a sweetness of life. What's more important is peace of mind. It's a life on a human scale. A timeless temperate and invigorating place, the island benefits from a micro-climate, exceptional luminosities, its wilderness, its horses on the dunes and the ubiquitous sea.....You can see it everywhere or almost everywhere, feel it, breathe it. It's a small, active, vibrant city with its two-class school and college. The Delaselle Garden, the lighthouse, the semaphore, the lifeboat are to be visited. The multimedia library of a thousand sheets for the loan of books and dvd will welcome you in its bright and rich room. A tobacco bar, bakery, food bar, convenience store, tea room, pancakes, restaurants, taxi. A Sunday morning market from April to October where you can buy vegetables and fish or crab live from farmers and fishermen. A hairdresser, doctor, nurses, firefighters are present on the island as well as a post office and the town hall. The GR 34 allows you to walk around the island along the coast for 12 km. Nautical activities with Sea Dreams. Equine Farm open in July and August only. Possibility of discovering Batz Island by carriage all year round: by reservation Possibility of walking or cycling around the ISLAND.

Large house full of charm in Roscoff

Welcome to this lovely house that has retained the charm of the old. A large living area of 80 m² on the ground floor serves 2 separate sleeping areas (3 bedrooms on one side and 2 on the other). Ideal for a stay with friends and family. The south-facing terrace and garden make the whole place very pleasant. The accommodation is located 15 minutes' walk from shops, the old port, beaches or the pier for Ile de Batz. Ability to park multiple vehicles in the garden.

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The large garden borders the coastal footpath: GR34 Freshly renovated, the interior of the house is warm: wood/white/stone. Do not hesitate to contact me for any request!

** 2-star gîte ** Cottage at the end of the Barnénez peninsula in the middle of nature, by the water. Come and stay on this site. Ideally located on the coast to enjoy the quiet as a couple, with family or friends. The cottage has a private entrance and enclosed garden/terrace, the spa is also private and accessible year-round. The bed is made before your arrival, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided as well as a mattress topper for the sofa bed.
