The entire property and the living room, dining room and kitchen are shared by all guests.

Na każdej działce znajduje się osobny parking oraz miejsce zabaw dla dzieci. Dwa domki mają osobno wydzieloną sypialnię na dole, oprócz tego na dole znajduje się pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym. Natomiast jeden domek posiada zamiast osobnej sypialni na dole , większy pokój dzienny U góry otwarta przestrzeń- 3 osobne łóżka.

The house on the escarpment is located away from the hustle and bustle. The windows overlook Lake Motława and right next to it there is a forest belonging to the Iławskie Lake District, famous for its close to 100 lakes and forests rich in a variety of flora and fauna. For active leisure enthusiasts, we have prepared trekking bikes, SUPs, kayak, pontoon and the possibility of renting a sailing boat. And above all, the house has an atmosphere that makes you not want to leave it.

The villa offers a private terrace with a barbecue area and its own hot tub (available in the season between April and October), 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with standard equipment, as well as two bathrooms. Guests also have free access to the Liva Park leisure complex, which includes: a playground, a hammock area, a private beach on the Elblag Canal, a swimming pool (open from April to October), a games and activity area, a mini zoo, and a magical forest.

We are young people, full of positive energy and smile. We found a wonderful spot on earth and decided to share it with you. In Warmia and Masuria, near Iława, in the charming picturesque village of Dol, where silence intertwines with the sounds of waving water and moving branches of trees, the fluttering wings of wild geese and herons and the singing of other birds, there is a place worth visiting. That's why „With a view of the lake" cottages were built.

Bosko Siemiany to klimatyczne miejsce w sercu turystycznego raju, blisko natury, położone zaledwie 300 metrów od brzegów Jezioraku. W Siemianach każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Miłośnicy sportów wodnych, rowerzyści, wędkarze, spacerowicze, grzybiarze będą zachwyceni. Jest jednak oczywiście też miejsce na zasłużony relaks i błogie lenistwo. Całoroczny obiekt położony wśród drzew dających kojący cień, został gruntownie wyremontowany wiosną 2024 r.
