The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake area, bustling with activity in the summer and has a great middle class. The flower garden(butterfly garden)of the cottage offers a lot of privacy and is located right under the corn mill ,t Lam. Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

You sometimes imagine yourself in the countryside because even though you are in the middle of the center of Zaandam, the birds wake you up in the morning and because of the non-existent street it is wonderfully quiet. A few minutes away you are on the Dam of Zaandam and with the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam around the corner, you can go all the way.
