The climbing gym and the Tivoli Olympic Center are nearby. You can be anywhere in a short time and distance: in 15 minutes' walk in the center or by bus around the corner in the mountains all around. Parking is easy: Your car will find a safe place on the street right in front of the house!

Due to its size and layout, the apartment is suitable for up to five people. I would like to point out that, due to the age of the building, the parquet floors creak.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

This cozy little nest under historic wooden beams was already a favorite guest room back in the 1970s – part of the former Pension Glockenhaus. Now it’s a peaceful hideaway in a prime spot: just 10 minutes uphill to the Alpine Zoo and the forest, or 15 minutes downhill to the Old Town. If you'd rather ride – the W bus stops right outside, and lines 501, 503 & J are just around the corner.
