There are 11 total beds including a king in the primary bedroom. The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed as well as a twin over full bunk bed and the bunk room has two twin over full bunks as well all in climate conditioned space to comfortably enjoy yourself while at Lake Miltona. **12 overnight guests maximum**
