Relax at this 3000 square foot well appointed lake home situated on one of Alexandria's best lakes, Lake Ida with the lake's North public access nearby. This home features a large flat yard and a sandy beach for outdoor fun on 100 ft of beautiful lakeshore. Be ready to enjoy the lake all day! Overnight guests are limited to 12 adults. Douglas county allows double that number during the day for your outdoor summer activities, but twelve guests age 6 and older is the max for overnight guests!

This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we have 3 young children) & guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage ( not available November to April) & backyard w/ free firewood. Private entry gives access to 2,200 sq ft of space that includes a 3 seasons room w/ gas fireplace, laundry, & full kitchen. 1 open room, one private, & one partial room w/ no windows. Close to the bike trails, beaches, mini-golf, etc.

A living area is presented with comfortable beige sofas and a light gray blanket draped over one arm. Natural light fills the space from large windows, illuminating wooden accents and an adjacent dining area with a table and chairs. Art pieces of landscapes are displayed on the wall.
