Apartman Costa-Bella je smješten u mirnom dijelu Rijeke. Nalazi se u privatnoj kući koja je smještena na samom moru sa izlazom na plažu te na šetalište koje se proteže od Bivia do Preluka. Gosti imaju osigurano zatvoreno parkiralište. Do apartmana se dolazi vrtnom stazom dugačkom 60 m koja ima šezdesetak stepenica. Apartman ima 40 m2 i natkrivenu terasu veličine 15 m2. Posjetite nas i uživajte okruženi zelenilom na prostranoj terasi uz šum mora i pogled na Opatijsku rivijeru i kvarnerske otoke.

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

The apartment is located in a quiet oasis with free public parking in the old town in the center of Rijeka, right behind the Governor's Palace, 100 meters from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral, on the ground floor of a historic building, renovated with love. Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
