A cosy 75m2 house , on the beach front of Faros , a quiet coastal village , very close to the airport. Ideal for families or couples that seek relaxing holidays , without stress . It's the ground floor of a 2-storey house , designed by a well-known Ikarian architect . Faros has a sandy beach with crystal clear water. There is a mini market , a few tavernas and beach bars. The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

This house located within a five minute walk from the city capital of Agios Kirikos offers unobstructed views to the newly built Marina, Port and the City. Build at the edge of a cliff and surrounded by its private garden ensures your privacy and peace. Its a 10 Km distance from the Airport and within a 10 minute walk from the Thermal Springs of Therma. There's also a nice private beach nearby called Prioni. This house is a guarantee that your vacation will be more memorable.

VillaDora

Cottage with a sea view. It comprises two bedrooms (one double and two single beds), a kitchen and a bathroom. Below the house, there's a beach that you can reach in two minutes via a path with steps. At the back of the house, there is a garden with steps and different levels with resting areas. Access to the house is from the road via a path with steps, taking less than 1 minute. Public car park 100 m from the property. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

The studio is 40 square meters. Walking distance to nice tavernas and restaurants. Painted inside and outside 2025. New doors and windows 2025. On the north side of the island that is most popular and where you find the best beaches, restaurants etc.

Petrino is located in the village of Kampos a few minutes from the port of EVDILOS (2 km) and with the nearest beach just a private path away In Petrino, the large courtyard stands out, which can be used all hours of the day from the morning on the beach side for a breakfast with a view as well as the afternoon hours in the outdoor living room for a panoramic view of the Aegean with the beautiful colors of the sunset.

Stylish, fully-equipped cottage right in front of the beach of Armenistis. Comfortably fits 3 persons, but can sleep up to 5 persons (see description below). Magnificent sea view, excellent location. Just a 1-minute walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, souvenir shops. 2-minute drive to Messakti & Livadi beach, 10 min. to Christos Raches, 20 min. to Evdilos harbour, 75 min. to airport.

Traditional stone made house of Ikaria, located at the beach of Kampos village. The house contains a double and a single bedroom surrounding a patio. There is an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, oven and small electrical appliances. The house is suitable for three persons with potentiality for one more guest in the double bedroom. The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.

Freshly refurbished apartment in Armenistis, located in the back side of the village and meters away from the island´s lighthouse. Supermarket, restaurants and everything you may need are in walking distance. Wifi, air condition and a fully equipped kitchen are making this a perfect vacation place. As my family has there own gardens and chicken, we will supply with some fresh goodies to accompany your meals.

This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing. The lovely courtyard is perfect for catching magical sunsets. Come hang out and enjoy some happy, loving moments in a place made with lots of care!

Away from the hustle and bustle of the busy touristic districts but exactly in the perfect spot to have everything around you in up to five minutes walk! There lies siesta rooms and his warm people are there for you to guarantee the perfect stay. The sea is there for you to become one with it, the lighthouse will be your company in the nights. Enjoy your stay!

Studio by the sea

The studio is located 15 meters from the beach of Karavostamo. It is next to shops such as a mini market, a bakery, tavernas, cafes, and bars. The port of Evdilos is just 5 km away. It has 2 single beds and is ideal for couples and friends. The balcony in the photos is a shared balcony between my two rooms and is located 2 meters away from the accommodation.
