Appartement entièrement rénové dans le centre de Portinatx, il est situé dans une résidence calme nommée Puerto Blanco, à proximité de la plage et de tous les commerces (3min à pieds). Situé au 1er étage, il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit double ainsi qu'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon avec un canapé convertible. La salle de bains a une douche à l'italienne, plan vasque et WC. La terrasse sur le toit de 45m2 est privative. Elle dispose d'une cuisine, table et banquette face à la mer.

El apartamento se compone de un dormitorio con dos camas individuales de 90x200 o una de matrimonio de 180x200, a petición, y salón comedor con cocina totalmente equipada, con una cama de 90x200 (sofá cama). Baño completo (secador, champú y gel). Wifi gratuito ,aire acondicionado en el salón y Smart TV de 32” UHD Cambio de ropa una vez por semana y de toallas cada dos días. (dos camas de alta calidad de 90x200, o una de 180x200). Estos apartamentos de 40 m2 dan a un patio interior.

Very nice refurbished apartment with 1 double suite, complete bathroom, complete kitchen and cozy and comfortable seating and relaxing areas, located inside the old town near the Dalt Vila entrance in a very nice and sunny street and a historical building, where it has been respected its façade and all its details, even having recovered and traited part of its historical floors as “flooring carpets”.
