Relaxing Sea View & Sunset

The villa is located in a very quiet area near Cala Tarida (NO SAN ANTONIO, the LOCATION IS INCORRECT) and the views are wonderful. The pool is large 5M X 10m. The house has 2 parts, it is simple and comfortable. Main house; living room, dining room and open kitchen, the double bedroom and the bathroom, are on the ground floor, upstairs there is a bedroom with an oval bed (140x180).The guest house is next to the main house and has two single beds, shower/toilet, and terrace.

Large living room with fully equipped kitchen. Nice pool with sun loungers. Covered summer terrace with barbecue, table, and chairs. The house has panoramic views of Formentera. The town of Es Cubells is 2 km away and the beaches about 4 km. The house has Wifi, A/C in the rooms, and satellite TV.

Located just 450m away from cala Llonga beach, it´s services and amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy…) . There is also public transport in the nearby area.
