Dispose d'une climatisation réversible. une terrasse avec plancha , salon de jardin , jaccuzi sur un terrain de 400 M2 clôturé. les wc on était remplacer par des toilettes sèches aussi pratique. Place de parking gratuits a l'intérieur de la propriété.
