Lovely double house close to Copenhagen

Cozy and presentable allotment with a Scandinavian touch. There are 2 houses of each 57m2 (114m2 in total), with a terrace in between. In one house there is a kitchen-living room, living room and toilet and in the other house there is a bedroom, room and bathroom. Cozy private south facing garden with table, benches and garden chairs. There is free parking in front of the house. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station also 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train . There is always organic coffee in the house

Self-contained apartment of 140 sqm in a cozy and preservation-worthy villa from 1923, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ideal for families with children who want to enjoy the short distance to Copenhagen's many attractions and at the same time want to be able to retreat and relax with games, barbecue and bake snob bread in the garden or use nearby playgrounds & skate court. It is 100 meters to the nearest station with rental bikes, bus and train. 1 km to Valby's shops and 5 km to Copenhagen City & Frederiksberg.

The house offers a large sunny terrace, with exit from the living room, from where you can enjoy garden with trampoline and room for play and games. Super close to the center of Copenhagen, but without the noise. Very central location, 300m to delicious sandy beach with jetty, 500m to S-train (10 min to Copenhagen C.), 200 meters to local shopping center (Friheden) and grocery shopping. The house contains all modern facilities. 4 bedrooms, 1 bath (2 toilets).

Fantastic house in 1. row to the water and beach

Property in the first row to the sea, 4 beds, free parking, electric car charger, a Spirii GO app is required to charge, quiet road, close to Copenhagen. Hvidovre Strandpark is close by. Here you will find, among other things, a child-friendly beach, a large green area, a marina and small, nice restaurants. Several good golf courses nearby, Royal Golf Club, Copenhagen Golf Club. Tivoli in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by train. ZOO in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by bus 4A.

Classic meets modern villa - close to Copenhagen!

Vores hus ligger tæt på byen (København), som man kommer let til med offentligt transport, på cykel eller i bil. Huset er en klassisk dansk villa at større moderne arkitekttegnet tilbygning fra 2022 Huset har masser af plads og der er mulighed for at slappe af inde eller ude i haven efter en dag i byen. Huset og haven er ideel til børnefamilier og er stoppet til med legesager og udendørsaktiviteter (trampolin, sandkasse og meget mere) - og husets Christiania-cykel står til rådighed!

Idyllic Copenhagen family house

Welcome to our lovely house, perfect for family with kids, potentially 2 couples. It has a beautiful garden & terrace in the sun the whole day and is only 15-20 min from central station / Tivoli by bus. It is an old house with stairs leading to the 1st floor and to the basement, which are not adapted to older people or young toddlers as there is no security barrier. Please note that due to some bad experience, we will no longer accept young kids between 0-4 years old.

Family Home close to Copenhagen!

Family home with good connections to Copenhagen and only 10 min drive to the Airport! There is a great garden for relaxing and hosting BBQs whilst letting the kids play. Closest beach is 10 min cycle! Sleeping arrangements: - 180cm bed in the main bedroom - 160cm bed in another bedroom - Baby Cot with option for a 120cm floor bed in kids bedroom - Lounge has 140cm sleeping sofa All beds have decent top mattresses so very comfy!

Beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood with both spa and pool. 1 kilometer from Hvidovre harbor and 4 minutes' walk to the S-train. 13 minutes to the main train station. Family-friendly house with the option of a beautiful garden, pool and spa. Good parking facilities, ideal for a car vacation to Copenhagen, We only accept adult groups or families. Pool is ready from May.
