The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

On the terrace, a nice outdoor shower has been installed. At the beach, there is a shared barbecue area and a small soccer field. By arrangement, 2 kayaks with equipment can be rented.
