Access to your own toilet, outdoor shower, bbq, outdoor fireplace& outdoor kitchen. The cabin is located right next to Haugetjern Nature Reserve and Ytre Hvaler National Park. From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord water, hiking and biking. Possibility to rent a SUP, kayak and bike. Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

Cabin w/annex. It is 3 minutes down to the sea where you can enjoy good swimming conditions from the beach, pier and rocks. There are plenty of patios around the cabin and very good sun conditions. The cabin has lovely views of Brattestø, Heia and Tre-sten lighthouse and you close to the bustling boat life in Asmalsundet. The cabin has a gas grill as well as an outdoor cooking area with an electric frying pan. There is outdoor furniture for 8 adults ++ The cabin is suitable for both couples of friends or families with large/small children.

On lovely, quiet and undisturbed rocks you and your family can enjoy lazy holiday days. Stunning panoramic views, with the sun setting into the sea right in front of the cabin- spectacular sunsets!! Swig just below the cabin, with a bathing staircase and a small jetty if you come with your own boat. Diponer buoy where possible to anchor with larger boats/ sailboats. Outdoor toilet and outdoor shower and drinking water into the cabin. No road all the way up-900m on gravel path. Rental only to adults or families with children.

Real cottage experience right by the sea – with kayaks, sunny decks, pizza oven and paddle to the morning kiosk. The cabin is sunny and weathery, with terraces that provide both sun and laugh all day. Only 100 meters to the water, with kayaks and SUP ready on the grass. This is no polished luxury cabin, but a real cabin with charm and wear – but after all heating cables in the bathrooms. Paddle to the kiosk at Herføl, make pizza in the sunset, or do nothing – with the sea right outside.

Whales, idyllic Søndre Sandøy

Sunny summer cottage on idyllic Søndre Sandøy with short distance (5-10min) to some of Hvaler's finest sandy beaches, Storhavna and Gjøkvika. Sun in the cabin until late evening. The cabin is warm in the woods about 150 meters in the air line to the beach zone. Garden furniture is purchased to provide the best experience on the new terraces both front and rear of the cabin. There are good sun conditions from morning to evening, and it does of the umbrella comes well on sunny summer days.

Cozy family cottage

The cabin is peacefully located on Vellebufjellet on Vesterøy. 5 minutes to walk to the nearest beach m. The beach is shallow and very suitable for small children. Fantastic hiking areas in the immediate area. walk to Kuvauen, Guttormsvauen, Papperhavn. The cabin has nice grounds with a garden and forest around. Borrow hammocks, kayaks and paddleboards. Very suitable for a family with children. We use the cabin quite a bit ourselves. Rents on request from May-October.

Stor stue med åpen kjøkkenløsning. Meget solrik og skjermet.Parkering på eiendommen. Tre soverom, en med 180cm seng, ett rom med køyeseng (2 soveplasser) og rom med 120 cm seng. Ikke innlagt vann på hytta. Vann tilgjengelig fra cisterne som fylles opp av regn. Drikkevann tilgjengelig i hytta. Cinderella forbrenningtoalett. Ta med egen ved til peisen.Husk å ha med eget sengetøy/håndkle. 10 minutter å gå til busstopp der også vy bussen fra Oslo stopperen
