Also has another toilet room. Large garden and several terraces. One of the bedrooms on 2 floors has a terrace, where you can glimpse the sea. Do some renovation and some paint on the house on the outside remains and some listing inside.

The property has sun from morning to night, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is practically furnished and easy to keep in order. Everything is easily accessible, both during the stay and for cleaning upon departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. Please note: This is NOT a party cottage!

In walking distance from the cabin you will also find the grocery stores, it is 10 min to drive to Fredrikstad and we have a boat a stone's throw from the cabin that you can also rent. The cabin is newly renovated; has running water (shower, toilet, dishwasher and washing machine) , internet and TV. Two large terraces with dining area and sofa/lounge area. Fire Pit, BBQ and Pizza oven.

We primarily rent to families. The cabin has occasionally been visited by a cat (allergy-friendly Siberian cat)

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand pier facility! Bua is a cozy cabin located at Hvalers perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while getting a taste of boating Bua is adjacent to the boat docks to expect to meet people vacationing in their boats. There are on-site swimming facilities with a swimming staircase on the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forest, paths and mountains. In Hook 16c there are 2 living rooms where one living room is outside, fenced plot and plenty of room for a family. There are great sandy beaches in short walking distance. A small drive/bus ride away is Skjærhalden Bystranda and Storesand.
