Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher induction stove, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room is a smart tv. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system, and projector. The shower is in the basement. The terrace facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa swimming. Wood stove in the kitchen.Bastu is available.

Close to lake, Isaberg skiresort and cross country center in Tranemo. Close to Golf Club with 36 holes. The nature just outside the door Hike-in/Hike-out. Food at request. Peace and silent. A place to remember.

We choose good quality sheets/pillows. Towels that give a luxurious feel, and we offer a Jacuzzi and loan of bicycles for a small fee. With us, you are always welcome!
