Short walk to nice beaches and cliffs, and there are great opportunities for great trips along the coastal path or in nice hiking terrain. An excellent place to get away, enjoy the peace and quiet and still only be an hour from Oslo and 45 minutes from Drammen. Beautiful beaches, or miles of trails and forest roads. Tofte, 3 minutes away, has "everything" you need, including good restaurants. Windsurfing on Storsand, and southern idyll on Holmsbu. Animals are welcome, NO smoking in the house!
