Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Plenty of space both outside and inside, with many outdoor areas to romp around in, with outdoor furniture, a sandpit, swings, a playhouse and your very own football pitch with artificial turf. The space Nærsnes is a cozy place 35 minutes from Oslo by car. Bus 250 takes 1 hour. Small shop 600 m away. Rortunet at Slemmestad is 10 minutes away by car.

Leiligheten har to soverom, stue med spiseplass og to sitteavdelinger, den ene med tv, den andre med utsikt over Oslofjorden og Oscarsborg, eget kjøkken og bad/do med badekar og vaskemaskin. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.
