The space Nærsnes is a cozy place 35 minutes from Oslo by car. Bus 250 takes 1 hour. Small shop 600 m away. Rortunet at Slemmestad is 10 minutes away by car.

Leiligheten har to soverom, stue med spiseplass og to sitteavdelinger, den ene med tv, den andre med utsikt over Oslofjorden og Oscarsborg, eget kjøkken og bad/do med badekar og vaskemaskin. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940.
