Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

This is our ground floor two bedroom cottage. It has it's own separate entrance and parking for up to two cars. We are located in the centre of the village in a rural location, only 5 minutes from the local shop and 6 county pubs within 10 minute walk. Leamington Spa is 7 mls, Historic Warwick is 8 & Stratford on Avon 20 miles away. A private court yard with table and chairs for 6. Beautiful walks on the Canal and surrounding countryside. Many private golf course to play, who welcome guests.
