We rent out our newly renovated apartment in the basement of our summer house. The center with three restaurants and a nice swimming area is 1 km away. Hiking trails and running tracks are 200 meters away. More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing of bed linen is not included, but you have to do it yourself, hang the bed linen and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive.

Very fresh and newly renovated year-round accommodation with proximity to hiking trails, sea and activities in beautiful Ramsvikslandet. A total of 4 beds in the cabin but the possibility to book 2 extra beds in a smaller sleeping cabin next to the accommodation for a fee. Bring your own sheets and towels. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with its own entrance, in our villa. During low season, September - May. The apartment is rented for a minimum of 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during low season. The house is located in a quiet and rural location in nice Hunnebostrand. Approximately 2 km to shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.
