Här erbjuds ett hus med stor trädgård och egen pool som ni själva har tillgång till. Njut av en fantastisk utsikt över både öländska alvaret och östersjön. 2.5km till närmsta restaurang och15km till närmsta butik, apotek, resturanger mm, 30km till större utbud med flera restauranger och butiker(köpcenter) 2.2km till havet där det sommartid finns en camping med liten butik, äventyrsgolf och lättare mat. Tyvärr lite varierande med hur stranden och vattnet ser ut där, 30min till flertal stränder.

Villa Sälvik, Southern Öland

Welcome to your newly renovated vacation home on scenic Öland! In the quiet and idyllic Södra Bruket is Villa Sälvik, a wooden villa from 1806, one of five workers' houses at Södra Bruket's alum factory. Villa Sälvik is located right by the sea, nature reserve, golf course and Alvaret and is the perfect base for bird watching. The apartments have been renovated in the spring of 2025 and this is the first summer they are rented out. All in a high modern standard with preserved charm.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Öland, Karlevi - charming limestone house in Öland village

Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the landborgskanten about 10 km south of Ölandsbron. During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
