Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Welcome to Villa Fridhem, a house with a preserved soul and timeless charm. Here there is calm and simplicity, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The lush garden invites you to relax, and the wood-burning stove spreads warmth as you sink into a soft armchair. We can guarantee that you will sit often and for a long time, just looking out over the water… and it will do you good. The houseboat is tastefully decorated with a focus on comfort and simplicity and is perfect for those who want to relax, get close to nature, and enjoy a unique stay. There is a possibility to purchase breakfast from the farm.

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful environment by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat trip and the view of the lake from the large terrace. Just a few minutes away, there's a swimming area, a café and a kiosk. The summer offers swimming, fishing or boating excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility of (or on) the ice. We are located in Småland's garden where the countryside has largely retained its character that you recognize from Astrid Lindgern's stories.
