Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Charming house in wonderful nature.

Enjoy nature close to cultural Råshult with its beautiful hiking trails as well as proximity to Älmhult and IKEA. Newly renovated house with modern standard. Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south there is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and IKEA Museum. Fishing is available both in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

The house is large at about 170 sqm and offers 4 large bedrooms as well as an outhouse with sleeping loft. The house has two fireplaces that can be used, as well as a large sauna with room for 6-7 people. Gula Villan has a large and beautiful garden and it is close to the beach and marina, about 200-300 meters.

Närmsta badplats är Välje vid Virestad sjön. 15km till Älmhult och IKEA museum. 50 km till Växjö och 60 km till Glasriket.

Close biking distance to several lakes and great adventures. Located 5 min driving to a convenience store, and approximately 2 hrs driving from Malmö. Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.
