A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

Offering free Wi-fi, 50inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix and 5 minute walk to the centre, this 3-bedroom freshly refurbished house is located in Hugglescote. The downstairs compromises of a cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen with dryer-washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and all essentials to make the guests stay feel like a home away from home. The upstairs has 2 spacious double bedrooms and 1 single. There is also a bathroom with newly fitted shower over bath.

Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, &one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
