Vibrant, cool and quiet our property is 3 minutes walk from the Xul-Ha lagoon, which is part of the 7 color lagoon, our apartments are ideal for moving to Bacalar or Chetumal, and to rest from any noise. Wake up to the sounds of nature, listen to the birds sing and if you're lucky even monkeys who live nearby will visit you. You will also have the possibility of transfer, since the co-host is a taxi driver from Xul-Ha and neighbor of the property.

Beautiful location in the lagoon, serene and away from the movement of the city. A few minutes away from downtown Bacalar. Access and space in the lagoon is peaceful and private for our property. On the property there are two other units for rent, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a pier and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
