Situated in the heart of Santa Barbara, it used to be the Central Point of the village. Called "Osteria Ex Maria", it was the local Tavern run by our Family for decades since the early '900s. It took almost a decade of extensive and elaborate restoration process to have it back to be enjoyed as a peaceful and enjoyable location. We kept the flavor of the past with the addition of modern and efficient solutions. The result is an ambiance that offers super cozy and relaxing feeling.

A-MARE is a holiday home in the heart of the historic center of Muggia, on the main street and twenty meters from the cathedral square. In an old building, the apartment has just been renovated. Fully equipped, it is ideal for 2 guests, but also comfortable for 4, it has a large open-plan kitchen with a small terrace, a living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower.
