With its proximity to Hardangervidda national park, it is one of the most popular areas in southern Norway. Nearby peaks are more than 1,500 meters, there are many deep river valleys, and hundreds of small and large fishing lakes, small and large game, berries, mushrooms and various cultural traditions. The appartment is part of the shed, completely isolated and renovated. It has a sleepingroom, livingroom + open kitchen and bathroom. In the summertime there is a large picknick table available outside. It is the perfect stay for families. There are many family friendly hikes, but also climbing routes swimming and fishing possibilities in the area.

We’re renting out our lovely apartment at Hovden to responsible tenants. We think it’s perfect for a family with children or two couples. The apartment is situated a stones throw from the slopes. You can ski straight to the ski lift. Cross country skiing trails are just outside also. Central Hovden is also close by with shops, cafés and a water park to name a few. Hovden is also a lovely destination in spring, summer and autumn with scenic walking routes and swimming.
