Any cigarette butts found on the property will result in a $200 fine PER cigarette. *Although we welcome pets (2 dogs max) we require a $125 pet fee per stay. This will ensure our property is sufficiently cleaned for the next guests.

The is a pet fee of 20 dollars per visit. Off street parking for one car. Nice quite part of the Heights.
