This restored old barn is next to our dwelling but totally independent. Mixing old-world charm and modernity. The accommodation is in the heart of our farm, a tractor can be heard occasionally! Non-smoking accommodation/ Pets not allowed.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As one can say "small but cute" , indeed it is a one-room studio equipped with a 140x 90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.
