Walking distance to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, eateries, swimming areas, etc. The apartment has facilities such as waterborne heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove (induction), Smart TV and wireless WiFi. The bed in the bedroom on the left is 1.5 meters wide and the bed in the bedroom on the right is 1.20 meters wide. Welcome to Svelvik, a pearl often described as the northernmost city in the south.

Here you can live rural on a farm that is in daily operation, while living relatively central - 10 km to Horten, 19 km to Tønsberg, 12 km to Holmestrand and 3.5 km from exit 35 on E18. Many sights and places to visit! (Golf, beaches, museums, etc.). On the farm we do sheep, cereal, feed production and raspberries. Some noise from the drift will occur, as there is work that needs to be done with different machines and cars. The brewery house is a bit by itself in the yard, with its own garden and porch.

Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Det er ca 600meter/12 minutters gange til Horten sentrum. Matbutikk/Kiwi 400m, Buss, linje-02 mot Tønsberg, USN-Campus Vestfold, RS-Noatun 150m fra huset.

This memorable place is everything but ordinary! Take a trip in the countryside to a cozy and different stay just a 5 min drive from Cirkle K Kopstad/E18. This place is originally used the most when we have guests, it is now renting out on Airbnb as it is a shame it is unused. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and sofa bed (130 cm) sleeps 2 people Live on the farm in the house next door. No smoking!
