Erik's cottage, Skedebäckshult

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

The cottage is right on the beach of Stora Sinnern, one of the few genuine spring-fed lakes that remain untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

Here you will have the opportunity to live in the middle of the forest on a mountain by a lake. The house does not have electricity or running water. There is a composting toilet next to the house and a water tank in the house.
