There are a few houses and a garden nearby; it's not a secluded spot in the woods! It's on the outskirts of the city, where you can already go out into nature. In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have prepared our new Garden's 43 apartment for all those who want to enjoy the magic of Karlovy Vary and stay in the very center, at the beginning of the colonnade, overlooking the Thermal Hotel, close to restaurants, shops and Elizabeth Spa, so you will have everything nearby. The apartment is about 110 meters large, has two master bedrooms with double beds, a study that can be used to accommodate additional guests, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchenette.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.
