It sleeps 4 with an additional mattress for a 5th guest. Access to the backdown ramp. Renters must be able to climb stairs.

Welcome to the Crayon Box! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our home in Mid-City. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars, very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! We are kid friendly and can provide books and toys. Queen size mattress. Additional air mattress upon request. The Lodge is only accessible by boat. Hopedale Marina is full service and app. 10 minutes by boat. Pip's back down is $10 dollars on lock box and app. 3 blocks away.
