It sleeps 4 with an additional mattress for a 5th guest. Access to the backdown ramp. Renters must be able to climb stairs.

Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars, very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! The Lodge is only accessible by boat. Hopedale Marina is full service and app. 10 minutes by boat. Pip's back down is $10 dollars on lock box and app. 3 blocks away.
