Hoofdplaat is a small village located behind the dike on the Westerschelde and is part of the municipality of Sluis. This friendly seaside village has a quiet, cosy and social atmosphere. The Town Hall is a three-minute walk from a small beach. A 10-minute drive away, you will find larger beaches, beautiful dunes and beach pavilions with delicious food!

Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is located in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen, in Ritthem. Part of the former horse stables has been converted into a complete studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde where you can see the boats sailing from the garden. On the sea dike, you will find a beach for swimming. You can also hike in the nature reserve or see Fort Rammekens, which is also within walking distance. There is plenty of hiking and cycling. Bicycles are included.

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.
